  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, international shipping may not be available. For special requests, please contact us directly.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available). You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing timeframe, please contact us.


5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • S&S MICRO MARKET is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, S&S MICRO MARKET is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
